I am a Research Associate at the Bennett Institute for Public Policy at the University of Cambridge and a member of The Productivity Institute.
My interdisciplinary background, combined with extensive academic grounding and a trusted network of scholars and global industry leaders, shapes my approach to researching, teaching, and advising on the factors influencing the productivity of individuals and organisations.
My collaboration partners range from national and local government entities and public sector services to multinational companies, global market leaders, board members, and strategic decision-makers.
I hold a PhD in Organisational Studies and an MSc in Human Resource Management from Loughborough University, UK and a BA in Psychology and Management from the International School of Management, Germany.
